  2. 2. Remove the fat edge from the meat.
  3. 3. Peel the red onion and cut it into strips as well.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Wash the fennel and cut it in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the hard core from the fennel.
  7. 7. Cut the fennel crosswise into thin strips.
  8. 8. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
  10. 10. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  11. 11. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
  12. 12. Slice the strawberries.
  13. 13. Peel the white onion and chop it finely.
  14. 14. Wash the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
  15. 15. Dice the chili pepper very finely.
  16. 16. Peel the avocados and cut them in half lengthwise.
  17. 17. Remove the pits from the avocados.
  18. 18. Separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
  19. 19. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  20. 20. Wash the coriander and shake it dry.
  21. 21. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  22. 22. Puree the avocados with the lime juice and coriander in a blender.
  23. 23. Transfer the avocado puree to a bowl.
  24. 24. Stir the onion and chili cubes into the puree.
  25. 25. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper.
  26. 26. Warm the tortilla wraps in the oven according to the package instructions.
  27. 27. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  28. 28. Sear the meat over high heat for about two minutes.
  29. 29. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.

  31. 31. Sauté the onions, garlic, fennel, and bell peppers over medium heat for about five minutes.

  34. 34. Gently fold the strawberries into the mixture.
  35. 35. Spread hummus onto the tortilla wraps.
  36. 36. Top the tortillas with the filling.
  37. 37. Fold the tortillas in half.
  38. 38. Serve the tortillas on four plates.
  39. 39. Serve the guacamole and sour cream on the side.
