🍽️ Crispy Potato Tortilla

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 5 eggs
- 6 large eggs
- 6 tbsp milk
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Fry the potato cubes over low heat.
- 5. Cover the pan.
- 6. Stir the potatoes repeatedly.
- 7. Continue cooking the potatoes until they are soft.
- 8. Whisk the eggs with the milk.
- 9. Season the egg mixture with salt.
- 10. Season the egg mixture with pepper.
- 11. Add the chopped parsley to the egg mixture.
- 12. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes.
- 13. Distribute the egg mixture evenly in the pan.
- 14. Let the tortilla set over low heat.
- 15. Flip the tortilla in the pan.
- 16. Finish cooking the other side of the tortilla.
- 17. Slide the finished tortilla onto a large plate.
- 18. Cut the tortilla into cubes of about 3x3 cm.
- 19. Insert a wooden skewer into each tortilla cube.
- 20. Serve the tortilla with the skewers.
