🍽️ Fresh Salsa with Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 spring onions (only the green)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- sugar
- lemon juice
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the tomato quarters.
- 4. Dice the tomato flesh into small pieces.
- 5. Peel the onion.
- 6. Finely chop the onion.
- 7. Wash the spring onions.
- 8. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 9. Slice the green parts of the spring onions into thin diagonal rings.
- 10. Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl.
- 11. Add the chopped onion.
- 12. Add the spring onion rings.
- 13. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
- 14. Season with sea salt.
- 15. Add a little sugar.
- 16. Squeeze in lemon juice.
- 17. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over it.
- 18. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 19. Serve the salsa with corn chips as desired.
