  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the tomato quarters.
  4. 4. Dice the tomato flesh into small pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onion.
  6. 6. Finely chop the onion.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions.
  8. 8. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the green parts of the spring onions into thin diagonal rings.
  10. 10. Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl.
  11. 11. Add the chopped onion.
  12. 12. Add the spring onion rings.
  13. 13. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
  14. 14. Season with sea salt.
  15. 15. Add a little sugar.
  16. 16. Squeeze in lemon juice.
  17. 17. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over it.
  18. 18. Mix all ingredients well together.
