🍰 Tortellini Salad with Fruits

Ingredients
- 500 g cheese tortellini (refrigerated section)
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g strawberries
- 2 organic oranges
- 100 g green grapes (seedless)
- 2 tbsp almond kernels (sliced)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and drain. Clean the strawberries, remove the green tops, and slice them. Wash the grapes and halve them. Peel the oranges and cut out the segments. Collect the juice that comes out and squeeze the remaining pulp.
- 2. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package, then rinse and drain. In a bowl, mix the orange segments, berries, grapes, and almonds together.
- 3. Whisk the oil together with lemon juice, orange juice, honey, and poppy seeds, then pour over the salad. Mix everything well and serve.
