🍰 Tortellini soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 200 g celeriac
- 2 stalks leek
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 l meat broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g tortellini with meat filling (ready-made product)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Peel the carrots and celery.
- 2. Cut them into thin strips. Wash the leek and slice it into rings.
- 3. Sauté the onion in butter in a pot until translucent, add the vegetables and briefly sauté, then pour in the broth and let it simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tortellini and let them cook for about 6 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives.
