🍰 Tortellini with Olive Sauce

Ingredients
- 800 g tortellini (refrigerated section; with cheese filling)
- 50 g green olives (pitted)
- 2 red chili peppers
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- salt

Instructions
- 1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water. Chop the olives finely, wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds, cut them lengthwise, and chop them finely as well. Thoroughly mix the chopped chili peppers with the olives, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
- 2. Drain the tortellini and let them drain well. Then toss them with the prepared vinaigrette and let them sit for a while.
