  1. 1. Fill a large pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the tortellini to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Cook the tortellini on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Take a second pot and bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the green leaves from the celery stalks.
  7. 7. Remove any hard or inedible parts from the celery.
  8. 8. Cut the celery into very fine strips.
  9. 9. Add the celery strips to the hot broth briefly to let them infuse.
  10. 10. Drain the cooked tortellini in a colander.
  11. 11. Let the tortellini drain well.
  12. 12. Distribute the tortellini onto the plates.
  13. 13. Pour the hot broth over the tortellini.
  14. 14. Season the dish to taste with freshly ground pepper.
