🍰 Serve tortellini in broth

Ingredients
- 500 g fresh tortellini (best from the Italian deli, alternatively from the refrigerated section)
- salt
- 1 l rich chicken broth (best homemade or store-bought)
- celery leaves
- black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Add the tortellini to the boiling water.
- 3. Add a pinch of salt.
- 4. Cook the tortellini on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Take a second pot and bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 6. Thoroughly wash the green leaves from the celery stalks.
- 7. Remove any hard or inedible parts from the celery.
- 8. Cut the celery into very fine strips.
- 9. Add the celery strips to the hot broth briefly to let them infuse.
- 10. Drain the cooked tortellini in a colander.
- 11. Let the tortellini drain well.
- 12. Distribute the tortellini onto the plates.
- 13. Pour the hot broth over the tortellini.
- 14. Season the dish to taste with freshly ground pepper.
