  6. 6. Season the dough with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and garlic.
  9. 9. Chop the onion and garlic coarsely.
  10. 10. Wash the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Cut the chili lengthwise.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds and the white inner membrane.
  13. 13. Dice the chili finely.
  14. 14. Wash the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Quarter the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Remove the stem attachment.
  17. 17. Chop the tomatoes coarsely.
  18. 18. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.
