  1. 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  2. 2. Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces.
  3. 3. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pot.
  4. 4. Add the onion and the garlic to the hot oil.
  5. 5. Sauté the vegetables for two to three minutes over medium heat.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  7. 7. Break the tomatoes into rough pieces.
  8. 8. Add the tomato pieces to the onion and garlic in the pot.
  9. 9. Simmer the tomatoes for ten minutes.
  10. 10. Stir the tomato paste into the mixture.
  11. 11. Pour the broth into the pot.
  12. 12. Season the soup with salt.
  13. 13. Add pepper.
  14. 14. Add the honey to the soup.
  15. 15. Sprinkle oregano over it.
  16. 16. Let the soup simmer for twenty minutes over medium heat.

  29. 29. Serve the soup immediately.
