  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot.
  4. 4. Add the onions and garlic to the pot.
  5. 5. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the tomatoes into pieces.
  8. 8. Add the tomato pieces to the onions and garlic.
  9. 9. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir in the tomato paste.
  11. 11. Pour in the broth.
  12. 12. Season the soup with salt, pepper, honey, and oregano.
  13. 13. Let the soup simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Puree the soup until smooth.
  15. 15. Strain the soup through a sieve.
  16. 16. Return the soup to a clean pot.
  17. 17. Pour the cream into the soup.
