  2. 2. Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven until done.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and cut it into thin lengthwise strips.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a pot.
  6. 6. Sauté the onions in the hot oil until they are translucent.
  7. 7. Press the garlic directly into the pot.
  8. 8. Fry the garlic briefly.
  9. 9. Deglaze the onions with the broth.
  10. 10. Add the tomatoes along with their juice from the can.
  11. 11. Mash the tomatoes slightly with a potato masher.
  12. 12. Add the dried basil to the soup.
  13. 13. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Whip the cream until stiff.
  16. 16. Distribute the hot soup onto the plates.
  17. 17. Add a spoonful of whipped cream to each serving of soup.
  18. 18. Garnish the soup with a few fresh basil leaves.
  19. 19. Serve the soup together with the mini pizzas.
