🍽️ Tomato Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 400 ml tomato juice
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
- Tabasco
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove the stem and cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Remove the seeds from the pepper and dice it into small cubes.
- 2. Mix about half of the diced tomatoes, onions, and peppers, and set aside. Blend the remaining vegetables with the tomato juice and buttermilk in a blender until smooth. If necessary, add a little cold water to achieve the desired consistency.
- 3. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco. For serving, pour the smoothie into jars and garnish with the remaining vegetable cubes and fresh basil leaves.
