  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Halve the peppers and remove the insides.
  3. 3. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic very finely.
  6. 6. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.
  7. 7. Heat the oil in a pot.
  8. 8. Add the pepper strips, garlic, and dried tomatoes to the pot.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir in the paprika powder and sauté briefly.
  11. 11. Add the chopped tomatoes and the broth.
  12. 12. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  13. 13. Add the parsley to the sauce.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with lemon juice.
  15. 15. Add a little honey.
  16. 16. Salt and pepper to taste.
  17. 17. Serve the sauce warm.
