  6. 6. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté it briefly.
  7. 7. Add the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Mix everything well and crush the tomatoes slightly.
  9. 9. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

  12. 12. Add the herbs and chili.
  13. 13. Simmer the sauce for another 5 to 10 minutes.
