🍽️ Quick Tomato Sauce with Olives

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- salt
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes (can)
- 50 g olives (black)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and chop them very finely.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 3. Sauté the onions in the hot oil until they are soft.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and press them finely.
- 5. Add the pressed garlic to the onion mixture and stir briefly.
- 6. Chop the olives coarsely.
- 7. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste to the pan.
- 8. Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
- 9. Stir occasionally until the sauce becomes thick.
- 10. Wash the spring onions and remove the hard ends.
- 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 12. Sprinkle the spring onion rings and the coarse olives over the finished sauce.
- 13. Heat the sauce once more briefly until it is warm.
- 14. Serve the sauce immediately.
