Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt

- 0.25 l vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp cognac
- 1 tomato
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the egg yolk, mustard, salt, and pepper well with a whisk.
- 2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, then stir in the tomato paste, ketchup, and cognac.
- 3. Wash the tomato thoroughly, quarter it, remove the core, dice it finely, and stir it in.
