  3. 3. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the schnitzel on each side for 2 to 3 minutes at medium heat until golden brown.

  9. 9. Let the sauce simmer gently for 5 minutes.

  12. 12. Let the ingredients steep for another 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Adjust the taste of the sauce with a little sugar.
  14. 14. Mix roughly torn basil leaves into the finished sauce.
