Ingredients
- 700 g Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil
- 100 ml Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 300 g Jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Briefly immerse the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the basil leaves and simmer them with the other ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes. Fill into jars while still hot, seal well, and let cool.
