Ingredients
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 1 sprig basil
- 100 g coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough stems and seeds from the tomatoes.
- 3. Dice the tomato flesh into very small cubes.
- 4. Rinse the basilisk leaves under cold water.
- 5. Gently dry the leaves with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Slice the basilisk leaves into fine strips.
- 7. Place the chopped tomato flesh into a bowl.
- 8. Add the sliced basilisk leaves.
- 9. Add the salt to the bowl.
- 10. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 11. Fill the mixture into a clean, sealable jar.
