Ingredients
- 800 g tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Dip the tomatoes briefly into boiling water, then rinse with cold water, peel off the skin, quarter them, and remove the seeds. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 2. Mix the vinegar with the oil, salt, and pepper, then fold in the tomatoes, onions, and parsley. Arrange on plates.
