🍽️ Tomato Salad with Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Peeled peppers (1 yellow and 1 red each)
- 400 g tomatoes (yellow and red)
- 1 onion
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- basil
- thyme
Instructions
- 1. Clean the bell peppers, wash them, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, peel off the white inner membranes, and slice them into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Peel the onion, cut it in half, and slice it.
- 2. Combine the prepared ingredients. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil thoroughly, then add this mixture to the prepared ingredients and serve in bowls, sprinkled with herbs.
