Ingredients
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chives
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 2 sprigs basil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, pat them dry, and slice them. Cut the cheese into thin slices and alternate it with the tomatoes on the plates.
- 2. Drizzle the salad with vinegar and oil. Cut the basil into strips, sprinkle it along with the chives on top, and season with salt and pepper.
