  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Cut the turkey breast into equal-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the thyme and basil sprigs under cold water.
  5. 5. Shake the herbs vigorously to remove excess water.
  6. 6. Carefully pluck the leaves off the woody stems.
  7. 7. Wash the chives and dry them.
  8. 8. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  9. 9. Cut the larger basil leaves into fine strips.
  10. 10. Place the turkey cubes in a bowl.
  11. 11. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  12. 12. Mix everything well with the prepared herbs.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  14. 14. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  15. 15. Fry the turkey cubes for about 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Cook them until golden brown and done.
  17. 17. Peel the onion and remove the outer layers.
  18. 18. Dice the onion very finely.
  19. 19. Wash the salad mix under running water.
  20. 20. Spin the vegetables dry in a salad spinner.

  22. 22. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  23. 23. Remove the hard seeds from the tomato quarters.
  24. 24. Cut the tomato flesh into thin strips.
  25. 25. Peel the grapefruit completely to remove all skin remnants.
  26. 26. Carefully cut the fillets out of the membranes.
  27. 27. Squeeze the remaining fruit pulp to extract the juice.
  28. 28. Whisk the juice with the honey and the oil.
  29. 29. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper.
  30. 30. Place the onions, salad, tomatoes, and grapefruit fillets in a large bowl.
  31. 31. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
  32. 32. Toss everything gently until evenly coated.
  33. 33. Serve the salad with the warm turkey cubes.
