  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. 3. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato halves.
  4. 4. Cut each tomato into six equal wedges.
  5. 5. Carefully cut the avocados in half.
  6. 6. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  7. 7. Peel the avocados and remove the dark skin.
  8. 8. Cut the avocado flesh into thin wedges.
  9. 9. Drizzle one to two tablespoons of lemon juice over the avocado pieces.
  10. 10. Wash the radishes under running water.
  11. 11. Remove the green stems and roots of the radishes.
  12. 12. Slice the radishes into very thin slices.
  13. 13. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.
  14. 14. Whisk the oil, vinegar, and remaining lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  15. 15. Add the radishes and spring onion rings to the dressing.
  16. 16. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Wash the basil and pick off the leaves.
  18. 18. Arrange the tomato and avocado pieces in a star shape on the plates.
  19. 19. Scatter the basil over the salad.
  20. 20. Place the marinated radishes in the center of the plates.
  21. 21. Pour the dressing evenly over the entire salad.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts.
  23. 23. Serve the salad immediately.
