  1. 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves.
  2. 2. Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, and cut into thin wedges.
  3. 3. Rinse the tomatoes and slice or chop them without the stems. Combine the parsley, onions, and tomatoes in a bowl. Whisk the salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil well and fold into the salad. Plate the salad and garnish with the remaining parsley.
