Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 2 onions
- salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- black pepper (from the mill)
- 600 g tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves.
- 2. Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, and cut into thin wedges.
- 3. Rinse the tomatoes and slice or chop them without the stems. Combine the parsley, onions, and tomatoes in a bowl. Whisk the salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil well and fold into the salad. Plate the salad and garnish with the remaining parsley.
