  1. 1. Carefully unroll the dough from its protective film.
  2. 2. Cut two round circles, each 18 centimeters in diameter, from the dough.
  3. 3. Place the dough circles on a baking tray together with the baking paper.
  4. 4. Gently press the edges of the dough circles upwards to form a small rim.
  5. 5. Let the puréed tomatoes simmer in a pot for a short time to reduce.
  6. 6. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  7. 7. Spread the seasoned sauce evenly over both dough bases.
  8. 8. Pierce the cherry tomatoes lightly with a wooden skewer.
  9. 9. Distribute the cherry tomatoes evenly over the sauce.
  10. 10. Season the tomatoes as well with a little salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Mix the grated Parmesan with the grated Emmental cheese.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the cheese mixture generously over the pizzas.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  14. 14. Slide the pizzas onto the lowest rack into the hot oven.
  15. 15. Bake the pizzas for 15 to 20 minutes.
  16. 16. Lay fresh basil leaves over the finished pizzas.
