  4. 4. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Halve the tomatoes and remove the insides along with the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the remaining flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the oranges.
  8. 8. Take one orange, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the remaining oranges.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon.
  11. 11. Finely grate the lemon zest.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  13. 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a large pot.
  14. 14. Let the mixture sit covered for one hour.
  15. 15. Heat the mixture over high heat while stirring constantly.
  16. 16. Let the mixture boil vigorously for four to six minutes.
  17. 17. Perform a gel test to check the consistency.
  18. 18. Fill the jam to the brim into well-rinsed jars.
  19. 19. Seal the jars tightly.
  20. 20. Let the jam cool down overnight.
