🍽️ Tomato Granita

Ingredients
- 250 ml tomato juice
- 250 g strained tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Tabasco
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp trout roe
- dill tips
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a whisk or a hand mixer. Then season to taste.
- 2. Fill the mixture into a large metal bowl and let it freeze in the freezer compartment. Stir well with a fork every 30 minutes during the first few hours.
- 3. To serve, fill into a dessert glass and decorate with trout or salmon roe as well as fresh dill tips.
