Ingredients
- 2 ripe beef tomatoes
- 250 ml cold buttermilk
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Tabasco
- 2 arugula leaves
Instructions
- 1. For the tomato drink, wash the tomatoes thoroughly, quarter them, remove the green stems, and scoop out the seeds.
- 2. Blend the tomato quarters with the buttermilk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of Tabasco. Divide the mixture into two glasses and serve immediately garnished with arugula.
