  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, quarter them, and remove the stem ends. Juice the oranges. Wash one chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Blend the tomatoes together with the chili and the orange juice in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and stir in the oil.
  3. 3. To serve, fill into glasses, sprinkle with chili flakes, and decorate with fresh basil leaves.
