Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 oranges
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp chili flakes
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, quarter them, and remove the stem ends. Juice the oranges. Wash one chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
- 2. Blend the tomatoes together with the chili and the orange juice in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and stir in the oil.
- 3. To serve, fill into glasses, sprinkle with chili flakes, and decorate with fresh basil leaves.
