Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp small capers
Instructions
- 1. Mix the vinegars with the tomato paste, salt, and pepper, and gradually stir in the oil.
- 2. Peel the garlic and press it in. Drain the capers, chop them, and mix them into the vinaigrette, then taste.
