Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 untreated lemon
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 2. Place the tomatoes immediately into cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces.
- 6. Roughly chop the tomato flesh.
- 7. Mix the tomatoes with tomato paste, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 8. Garnish the finished dip with lemon slices.
