🍽️ Fresh Tomato Butter

Ingredients
- 250 g soft butter
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Hold the tomato briefly under boiling water to loosen the skin.
- 2. Immediately plunge the tomato into cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 3. Peel the skin off the tomato.
- 4. Cut the tomato into four pieces.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces.
- 6. Chop the tomato flesh very finely.
- 7. Take soft butter and mix it thoroughly with tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and basil.
- 8. Season the butter mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Shape the butter into a long roll.
- 10. Wrap the butter roll tightly in aluminum foil.
- 11. Place the wrapped butter in the refrigerator.
- 12. Slice the butter into thick slices before serving.
