  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Cook the beans in the bubbling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the beans and squeeze the seeds out of the pods.
  4. 4. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  5. 5. Mix the eggs, Parmesan, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the chive rings and bean seeds to the egg mixture and stir well.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Heat the butter in a large pan.
  9. 9. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Let the mixture set at medium temperature for 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the tomatoes and bean seeds to the pan.
  12. 12. Place the pan in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Remove the tortilla from the pan and place it on a cutting board.
  14. 14. Cut the tortilla into strips and serve.
