🍕 Tuna Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh pizza dough (from the roll, refrigerated section)
- 100 ml quick tomato sauce
- 500 g large tomatoes (4 large tomatoes)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 130 g tuna in its own juice
- 12 black olives (pitted)
- 0.5 bunch basil
- 0.5 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (convection: 200 degrees Celsius, gas: level 3-4).
- 2. Place the pizza dough along with its baking paper onto a baking sheet.
- 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Cut out the hard stem areas from the tomatoes in a wedge shape.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 7. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the sauce.
- 8. Season the pizza with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 9. Place the pizza on the second rack from the bottom in the oven.
- 10. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
- 11. Take the tuna out of the can and let it drain in a sieve.
- 12. Place the drained tuna into a bowl.
- 13. Break up the tuna into fine pieces using a fork.
- 14. Slice the black olives into thin rings.
- 15. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 16. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 17. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 18. Squeeze the lemon half.
- 19. Remove the pizza from the oven after 10 minutes.
- 20. Mix the tuna, olive rings, and chopped basil together in a bowl.
- 21. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 22. Distribute the tuna mixture evenly over the pizza.
- 23. Cut the pizza into six pieces.
- 24. Serve the pizza immediately.
