🍝 Quick Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from a grinder)
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt to the water. Cook the spaghetti in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves. Slice the garlic thinly.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Decide whether you want to halve the tomatoes or leave them whole. Cut them accordingly.
- 5. Wash the basil leaves.
- 6. Shake the basil dry to remove excess water.
- 7. Carefully pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 8. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 9. Add the garlic and tomatoes to the hot pan.
- 10. Sauté the ingredients lightly for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 11. Drain the cooked pasta.
- 12. Let the pasta drain well.
- 13. Set aside about half of the basil leaves.
- 14. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the tomatoes and garlic.
- 15. Toss the pan vigorously to mix the pasta well with the ingredients.
- 16. Season the spaghetti with salt.
- 17. Season the spaghetti with pepper.
- 18. Season the spaghetti with chili to taste.
- 19. Distribute the spaghetti onto the plates.
- 20. Sprinkle the plated spaghetti with the remaining fresh basil.
