  7. 7. Dice the cucumber flesh into fine cubes.
  8. 8. Clean the celery and rinse it.
  9. 9. Cut the celery into fine pieces.
  10. 10. Place all prepared vegetable and fruit pieces into a bowl.
  11. 11. Whisk the vinegar with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  12. 12. Slowly stir the olive oil into the vinegar mixture.
  13. 13. Gently fold the herbs into the vinaigrette.
  14. 14. Pour the vinaigrette over the mixed ingredients.
