Ingredients
- 1 beefsteak tomato
- 1 shallot
- 250 g yogurt
- 0.25 tsp cumin (ground)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp brown mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Roast the mustard seeds in heated oil until they are aromatic and crackling. Then fold them into the yogurt.
- 2. Finely chop the shallot. Wash the tomato, halve it, remove the seeds, and dice it. Gently fold both into the yogurt and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
