🍕 Sheet Pan Tomato and Salami Pizza

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cube yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g pureed tomatoes (can, package)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 g salami
- 75 g olives
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 150 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Add flour, oil, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
- 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
- 5. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more flour.
- 6. If the dough seems too sticky, add a little more water.
- 7. Cover the bowl.
- 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 9. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 10. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 11. Slice the salami into rounds as well.
- 12. Grease a baking sheet with a little oil or butter.
- 13. Take the risen dough and place it on the baking sheet.
- 14. Roll out the dough thinly.
- 15. Spread pureed tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- 16. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 17. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over it.
- 18. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the pizza.
- 19. Place the salami slices on top.
- 20. Add the olives.
- 21. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
- 22. Set the oven to bottom heat only.
- 23. Slide the pizza into the preheated oven.
- 24. Bake the pizza for about 12 to 15 minutes.
