  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 150 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Add flour, oil, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the ingredients with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  5. 5. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more flour.
  6. 6. If the dough seems too sticky, add a little more water.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  9. 9. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  10. 10. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Slice the salami into rounds as well.
  12. 12. Grease a baking sheet with a little oil or butter.
  13. 13. Take the risen dough and place it on the baking sheet.
  14. 14. Roll out the dough thinly.
  15. 15. Spread pureed tomatoes evenly over the dough.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
  17. 17. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over it.
  18. 18. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the pizza.
  19. 19. Place the salami slices on top.
  20. 20. Add the olives.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  22. 22. Set the oven to bottom heat only.
  23. 23. Slide the pizza into the preheated oven.
  24. 24. Bake the pizza for about 12 to 15 minutes.
