🥤 Fresh Tomato-Pepper Juice

Ingredients
- 400 g red bell pepper
- 320 g ripe tomatoes
- 2 organic limes
- 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- Tabasco
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers in half.
- 2. Remove the inside with the seeds.
- 3. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the peppers into four equal pieces.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into eight pieces.
- 7. Rinse the limes under hot water.
- 8. Dry the limes with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the limes in half.
- 10. Cut one half into wedges or pieces.
- 11. Set the lime wedges aside.
- 12. Squeeze the remaining lime halves.
- 13. Wash the parsley.
- 14. Shake the parsley dry.
- 15. Pluck some leaves from the parsley.
- 16. Chop these parsley leaves roughly.
- 17. Put the remaining parsley into the juicer.
- 18. Add the pepper pieces to the juicer.
- 19. Add the tomato pieces to the juicer.
- 20. Juice the vegetables and parsley.
- 21. Pour the juice into highball glasses.
- 22. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
- 23. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
- 24. Stir everything well.
- 25. Garnish the glasses with the chopped parsley leaves.
- 26. Garnish the glasses with the lime wedges.
