  7. 7. Rinse the limes under hot water.
  8. 8. Dry the limes with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the limes in half.
  10. 10. Cut one half into wedges or pieces.
  11. 11. Set the lime wedges aside.
  12. 12. Squeeze the remaining lime halves.
