  4. 4. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  5. 5. Add the tomato cubes to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Fry the tomatoes over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  8. 8. Add 4 tablespoons of water, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  9. 9. Stir the egg mixture vigorously until it is homogeneous.
  10. 10. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tomatoes in the pan.
  11. 11. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  12. 12. Cover the pan with a lid.
  13. 13. Cook the omelette for 10 to 15 minutes until it is set.
  14. 14. Wash the fresh basil leaves under cold water.
