🍽️ Fruity Tomato and Olive Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 150 g dried soft tomato
- 100 g green olives
- 100 g black olives
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 1 pinch paprika powder (sweet)
- pepper (from the mill)
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the halved lemon to extract the juice.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
- 3. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 4. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
- 5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Fry the garlic slices until light brown over medium heat.
- 7. Swirl the bay leaves briefly in the hot oil.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 10. Fold in the tomato strips and the olives.
- 11. Season everything with paprika powder and a pinch of pepper.
- 12. Cover the pan and let the mixture marinate for about 1 hour.
- 13. Taste the tapas and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 14. Fill the mixture into small bowls.
- 15. Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired.
- 16. Serve the tapas.
