Ingredients
- 100 g tomatoes (dried, marinated in oil)
- 1 tbsp pine nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 50 g Parmesan (shaved)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 tbsp green olives (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Chop the tomatoes and mix them with pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, and olives.
- 2. Incorporate the oil and season with salt.
