Ingredients
- 6 Tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 300 g Mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the tomatoes crosswise into even slices.
- 3. Let the mozzarella drain well in a colander.
- 4. Slice the mozzarella into rounds as well.
- 5. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately and attractively on the plates.
- 6. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar evenly over the salad.
- 7. Season the dish generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 8. Carefully pluck the fresh basil leaves from the stems.
- 9. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the salad just before serving.
