Ingredients
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 1 ball mozzarella (sliced)
- 10 green olives (pitted, halved)
- lettuce leaves
- 1 stalk basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Layer a slice of bread with lettuce, tomato slices, basil, halved olives, and mozzarella.
- 2. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, oil, and balsamic vinegar, then place the second slice of bread on top and cut diagonally.
