🥗 Tomato-Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium aromatic tomatoes
- 300 g mozzarella (preferably buffalo mozzarella)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp cold-pressed best olive oil
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and remove the stem ends. Then slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice it as well.
- 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on four large plates so they overlap. Season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle the oil evenly over them.
- 3. Pluck the basil leaves and gently pat them dry with kitchen paper without washing them. Garnish the salad with them and serve immediately.
