  4. 4. Dissolve the yeast with the sugar and 100 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Sprinkle some flour over the liquid to cover it.
  6. 6. Let the pre-dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the remaining flour, the pre-dough, 125 milliliters of lukewarm water, and the olive oil to the bowl.
  8. 8. Knead the ingredients vigorously into a dough.
  9. 9. Continue working the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is elastic and smooth.
  10. 10. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  11. 11. Grease a baking tray generously with oil.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough on the tray into a pizza shape.
  13. 13. Mix the tomato paste with oregano, two tablespoons of oil, and four tablespoons of water to make a sauce.
