🍽️ Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients
- 400 g Mini mozzarella balls
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 75 ml Olive oil
- Sea salt
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Handful Basil
Instructions
- 1. Let the mozzarella drain well in a colander.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Poke the tomatoes once or twice with a fork.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Mix the oil with the garlic, 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt, and the lemon juice.
- 7. Gently fold the mozzarella and tomatoes into the marinade.
- 8. Cover the bowl and let the ingredients marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 10. Thread the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil alternately onto wooden skewers.
- 11. Serve the skewers immediately.
