🍽️ Tomatoes Stuffed with Rice and Radishes

Ingredients
- 8 large tomatoes
- 125 g long-grain rice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch chives
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut small lids off the round side.
- 3. Hollow out the inside of the tomatoes using a spoon.
- 4. Season the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 5. Wash the rice.
- 6. Cook the rice in salted water with 1 tablespoon of curry according to the package instructions.
- 7. Drain the rice and let it drip dry.
- 8. Let the rice cool down.
- 9. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 10. Wash the radishes.
- 11. Remove the stems and leaves of the radishes.
- 12. Cut the radishes into fine sticks.
- 13. Mix the cooled rice with the chives and radishes.
- 14. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Fill the tomatoes with the rice mixture.
- 16. Serve the stuffed tomatoes.
