  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut off the top lid of the tomato using a sharp knife.
  3. 3. Scoop out the inside of the tomato using a spoon.
  4. 4. Remove the pulp and seeds in the process.
  5. 5. Be careful not to damage the tomato wall.
  6. 6. Place the quark, cream cheese, and yogurt into a bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture smooth with a spoon.
  8. 8. Finely chop the oregano and marjoram.
  9. 9. Save a few small leaves for decoration.
  10. 10. Stir the chopped herbs into the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic clove.
  12. 12. Mince the garlic very finely.
  13. 13. Add a pinch of salt to the garlic.
  14. 14. Mash the garlic into a paste using the flat side of the knife.
  15. 15. Add the garlic paste and pine nuts to the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
  17. 17. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Fill the quark mixture into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes with the reserved oregano leaves.
  20. 20. Add some freshly ground pepper on top.
  21. 21. Serve the tomatoes immediately.
