🍽️ Hollow Tomatoes Stuffed with Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe avocados
- 100 g quark (low-fat)
- 50 g yogurt cream cheese
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp marjoram leaves
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the top lid of the tomato using a sharp knife.
- 3. Scoop out the inside of the tomato using a spoon.
- 4. Remove the pulp and seeds in the process.
- 5. Be careful not to damage the tomato wall.
- 6. Place the quark, cream cheese, and yogurt into a bowl.
- 7. Stir the mixture smooth with a spoon.
- 8. Finely chop the oregano and marjoram.
- 9. Save a few small leaves for decoration.
- 10. Stir the chopped herbs into the quark mixture.
- 11. Peel the garlic clove.
- 12. Mince the garlic very finely.
- 13. Add a pinch of salt to the garlic.
- 14. Mash the garlic into a paste using the flat side of the knife.
- 15. Add the garlic paste and pine nuts to the quark mixture.
- 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 17. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Fill the quark mixture into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
- 19. Sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes with the reserved oregano leaves.
- 20. Add some freshly ground pepper on top.
- 21. Serve the tomatoes immediately.
